Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the OmniRN mobile application (iOS or Android) or the website located at omnirn.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and delete the application from your devices.

2. Scope of Service & Trademark Notice

OmniRN provides flashcards utilizing the Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler (FSRS) algorithm, clinical dosage calculation practice, interactive 3D anatomical projections, and simulated Next-Generation NCLEX (NGN) clinical case studies.

NCSBN® Trademark Disclaimer: NCLEX-RN® and NCLEX-PN® are registered trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. ("NCSBN"). OmniRN is an independent preparatory tool and is neither affiliated with, endorsed by, nor sponsored by the NCSBN. Passing scores in OmniRN practice sessions do not guarantee success on the official NCLEX-RN® examination.

3. Subscription Terms, Free Trials & Billing

OmniRN offers both free preview tiers and auto-renewing premium subscription plans to access the complete question banks, NGN case studies, and advanced FSRS spaced repetition features:

• Monthly Subscription: $9.99 USD per month, billed monthly.
• Annual Subscription: $79.99 USD per year, billed annually (providing approximately 33% savings over monthly billing).
• 3-Day Free Trial: Select plans may include a 3-day free introductory trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial concludes, your account will be billed the specified subscription rate automatically.

4. User Accounts & Responsibility

When you create an account in OmniRN, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You may request complete deletion of your account and associated study data at any time via the in-app settings or our public Account Deletion Portal.

5. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content within OmniRN—including but not limited to practice questions, clinical rationales, 3D anatomical models, procedural canvas rendering code, dosage calculation algorithms, and graphical assets—is the exclusive intellectual property of OmniRN and its licensors.

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, extract, copy, or redistribute OmniRN questions, cases, or rationales;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Service;
• Share your subscription credentials with multiple unauthorized students;
• Use the Service in any manner that disrupts or overburdens cloud synchronization infrastructure.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIRN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNIRN, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY EXAM FAILURE, CLINICAL OUTCOME, OR LOSS OF DATA.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material updates are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users through the application interface. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
